Low Back Pain? Try this...

Do you suffer from low back pain? Are you an individual who stands with the majority of their weight on their toes?

Many individuals can have a Thorax (rib cage) that is pushed forward (center of mass forward). This can put the pelvis into an anterior tilt/orientation which compresses us behind.


This compression could be something that is triggering your back pain.
